Come on Man! You have been around long enough to know that only a very small fraction of those second ears will not abort. I'm not doubting you have an awesome looking crop but I don't think double ears will factor into it very much.
You should also know that tall beans only mean a lot of straw to put thru the combine. I have combined a lot of jungle beans that were just average or below and a lot of ankle biter beans that made 60 bu after causing me sleepless nights all summer. Other than pod set, late season disease or lack thereof will likely be the determining factor for the bean crop.
