I've been using OptiSurface for land leveling designs with AGPS and Trimble. It's the only way to go if your thinking of moving dirt. The other options are imitations with big limiations.
You'll be able to get data out of JD 2630 into APEX and then into OptiSurface to do some designs. You'll need machince control system to do the work otherwise you'll go crazy trying to do it manually.
