Lots of double ears = a very healthy corn plant = pointing towards a "peak yield" = sounds like some of this corn is getting close to " its hard to kill a corn crop in August" then we gave it another drink of rain = peak corn piles
The next thing well be corn coming out of the wood work emptying the bins to make room for this big new crop.
