I know a 9870 will get into the bottom of that range at about 30% corn and keep it in the machine.   The downside will be the terrible sample of cracked kernals.

From my experience you have two choices in 30% corn with a 9870.

1.  decent sample some on the ground no capacity

2.  bad sample not much on the ground and fair capacity

A 595 lexion with round bar concave and round bar aps grate will do 4000 plus bushel per hour at 30%.  Will have about 2-3% FM by the time it is ran through the dryer and nothing will be on the ground.
