southern MN | For a long time it's been about 10 cents a bu per year paid ahead of time, and you use it how you want. Don't have to fiddle with a lot of calculations on months, how many bu are there, etc. both sides know where they stand.
Electricity might be extra for load/unload, electricity would be extra for fans, and any fancy handling or drying setup would be extra of course.
But maybe things changed the past few years, everything else in farming has?
