More than likely your not getting enough flow. This happens to us when the filter gets full. Also make sure your fuel line is sized for the nozzle its feeding. Say you have a 3/4 hose and your nozzle is a 1". It may not have enough flow to turn you nozzle off. Took us awhile to figure it out. Kept replacing nozzles thinking that was it but turned out it was the filter.
