They can reach behind them and run the skidloader controls in the one I posted never have to get off the backhoe seat. It swings left and right also. Just an overall impressive little machine. I'd consider something like it if I had the hydraulics to run one on my old Case 1845. Very handy for tight areas and also using a machine you already have for powering it.
