That was your problem right there. When using ATZ and Halex, ALWAYS put AMS/Surfactant 1st, then ATZ, then Halex. When not mixed in this order I have seen it make cottage cheese in the tank. Ever since I changed mixing order I have not had 1 problem. Hope this helps for the future!
