I'll go a little another way. I have a 10' Great plains no-till drill. Very handy and in my view, much easier to use in small fields compared to a 750. Have planted a lot with a 750, but like the Great Plains coulters for really chewing though whatever you throw at it. Deep control may not be as good as the JD, but have never had that be a issue. Mine is 20+ years old and is going to need some work here shortly, but has about 3500 ac. on it. For the ac. you have, a 10' will do you well. I do know the 750 will pull easier than the GP because of the coulters. I pull mine with a White 2-105 and it is the right size. Good luck with whatever you find.
