Sure beans can be raised on consecutive years with proper management. But the basic concept of crop rotation is to not have to manage as intensively with chemicals and tillage, generally because beans pest do not carry over into corn and vice versa. Don't be afraid to raise corn, and raising corn after beans generally gives you better yields. If you need help with equipment etc. don't be afraid to ask for help.
