north east ohio in the snow belt Ashtabula co | Check for a worn FRAME ,were the bill hook roller rides ,on the FRAME,if that is worn with a groove all the other stuff is a waste of time. If the frame is worn , the bill hook will not open enough for the arms to slide the note off cleanly. Had the same problem with my new holland last year. replaced the frame and haven't missed a bale sence, But the frame are very pricey around$400 dollars . Been there done that Good luck Stan |
