Mendota illinois | My thoughts, check the restrictors (I call them cabbage cutters) on both sides of the chamber, they may not be holding the material back away from the twine. Deere also made plugger head extensions to bolt onto the back of the plugger to take more pressure off of the twine on the billbook. The knot should fall off the billbook without having to be wiped off. Hope you get the help you need.
