Go off battery with two 12 gauge wires, put a 25 amp fuse within 6 inches of where you attach the wire to the battery. Under the dash split the hot wire into two wires and for the switched wire use a car alarm relay(any auto part store should have one). On the left side of the dash there should be a circuit breaker box, tie into the switched side to run the coil on the relay. You want the power going the outlet to be as direct as possible because the baler cannot have very much voltage drop.
I wired a 4440 this way. It was converted to two 12 volt batteries. If your 4430 has not been converted you have to make sure your pulling 12 volts off battery not 6 volts. I'm not sure but you might have to pull ground from one battery and positive off other battery.
