Misdiagnoses of ADHD will become apparent with treatment. And I don't think you can extrapolate ADHD misdiagnoses to a similar problems with autism.
Just to be clear here, no doubt both conditions are misdiagnosed. What you said was that they are the two most over diagnosed and over medicated childhood illnesses.
