Supposedly something got caught up so he and his little son jumped out to take a look, he managed to get the bale out and then the lift gate crushed him. His son had to dig the phone out of his dads pocket to call for help. I think he was about 12 or so. This is from a friend from college, not first hand knowledge. Horrible deal.
