How did your mechanic check your injectors? Most shops don't have a way to check them and order Reman injectors. Just wondering.
Area Diesel Service in Carlinville, IL. can check them. We had a 8420 with a similar piston failure in 2010 and we had them test the injectors at that time. If they test good, it saves a lot of money over just throwing remans in. This tractor also needed the turbo replaced due to debris damage. |
