PJ trailers, how do they rate for quality?

24' 14K bumper pull here. 

It was a galloping gert with frame flexing under load (no central torque tube)

Also shorted weight capacity by undersized tires 3K lbs rating vs others 3500 lb rated tires.

Last thing the coupler ball height was much higher than other trailers.

It is sturdy enough welds don't break, just be aware it is not a premium priced product.
