West of Broken Bow | I kind of chuckled when a guy who works for the county gave an interview on camera. He mentioned how heavy equipment was considered in two of the three options to remove the house. But, since there is a wooden bridge at the entrance to the community, it couldn't sustain the weight of the heavy equipment. He concluded that after the house was burned, an EXCAVATOR would be used to scrape the slab. LOL
Not meaning to be or sound sarcastic, but since I have spent a lot of time in that area, I happen to know of a gravel ranch road that enters the community from another road. That ranch road existed long before the gated community was built. Heavy equipment can be hauled in fairly easy. In fact, the road was upgraded within the past few years. I've walked down it different times.
