Thank you everyone for all the replies. Posted pics of where we are now. After drilling a few small holes it become apparent we weren't going to be able to drill any decent sized holes without removing the axle so we went ahead and pulled it since we were almost to the point anyways. Drilled bolts out to 1/2" holes and tried EZ out without heat or pen oil. Wouldn't budge and didn't want to force anything.

Plan moving forward I think will to be drill larger hole and use larger EZ out in conjunction with heating bolt cherry red. Started project outside and had rain showers all day so we didn't make a lot of progress on it today. Machinist is supposed to be stopping out Friday if we can't get them out. Bolts are drilling fairly easy so I think we will continue with that method a little longer.


Edit to add: yes there is more than one 20 ton bottle jack supporting the frame, the wood blocks just can't be seen. Don't want to rile up the NAT safety police lol
