Got up to 32psi in the hills. 10-14 on the flats. I'm thinking your truck needs reflashed or the active air intake is not functioning properly. Try cumminsforum.com. Very knowledgeable people over there. Lack of power is something that never crossed my mind. Changed both fuel filters yet?
