Subject: Vertical tillage (will it pull it)

Southern MD
I have a question about vertical tillage tools. From reading everyone says 8-10hp per foot closer to the 10 side. I have a 7810. I would like to get a vt tool to chop stalks and incorporate covercrop in the fall. I have a 20' 630 disk and 24' rolling harrow II I can pull it between 4.5-5.5 mph. Will a 7810 pull any 20' sized vt? I really am only interested in a Krause or GP but only thing in the area are case and gp. Everyone local says the case pulls a lot easier. They are all 25' machines two guys are pulling 25' 330s with a 4650 and a 7130 magnum. The turbo maxes are getting pulled with 230+ tractors. Could a 7810 pull a 20' Krause or 18' GP? Everything I've read on here is comparing 30'+ machines. So trying to get some info from the smaller scale machines. Thanks
