central NM | Make sure the rollers throughout the twine threading system turn freely and the twine is properly in the "groove". When the roller bearings are locked up for a long period the twine actually cuts into the metal and can prevent the smooth pull on the twine. I have seen some rollers split in half and the twine sporadically hangs up or is pinched between the roller and needle frame. Also Try to feed the windrow into the center of the header. | |
