MN | No need to spend a lot of money on a vertical mixer. He's got that nice shed, he could wrap all his rounds outside and then every now and then had a custom guy come and grind hay into his shed. Then he could buy a cheap mixer and feed whatever blend corn silage and hay he wanted. Cripes could probably grind corn stalks and cut his hay use by more than half, his cows aren't 'skinny' ...
