Someone else presented the guarantee on corn, so I'll workup HRSW and soys for ya. I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt, and assume the hypothetical farmer that is getting a $500 PP check elected 85% coverage.
HRSW 833/ .85= $980 revenue. 980/ our price of 6.51= APH of 150.5 bu/ ac.
Soy 833/ .85= $980 revenue. 980/ our price of 11.36= APH of 86.3 bu/ ac.
Now.... Either Kip Kullers has moved into North Dakota somewhere, or......maybe......just maybe........ no ones getting paid $500/ac. for PP.
So, ahh.., the patterns not changing....
