I'm seeing the same things with a 500 / EZB / Microtrak Servo and Flowmeter. I have the rate set at 7.5 gallons per acre and I see the rate jump from 6 to 8.5
I am playing with the Response 2 settings and the Threshold settings. At the end of the day, I'm having the same problems as you.
