An 80 that could easily grow 130bu corn just sold south of here for 4300. Guy said he gonna put cows on it. The cow man is starting to be able to compete with grain farmer in the ice cream soil free zones. Will prob never see any sizeable northern iowa or good Illinois dirt getting seeded to pasture
