Aberdeen MS | If they are working a job, it's providing a service or product to someone. I don't know of any business that is running NOT providing a service or product.
It's just that service or product doesn't apply to him, NIMBY comes to mind. Sub out something not coming into his backyard with a service/product that isn't useful in his backyard.
