I would replace the expansion valve then on the 4440. Sounds like it is not opening up all the way.
The 30 still leans toward the Condenser not flowing air past it properly. Put your hand infront of it and be sure you feel air going thru it.
Could be a plugged Reciever/dryer. It is behind the cab on the L side 3 point arm. Should have a site glass on it.
