Michigan - Saginaw County | Our 1086 is the Rock of Gibraltar. It is the one that starts no matter how cold it is. It is the one that an be relied on to pull all day without any complaints, bucking, snorting, or excessive fuel burn.
Is it the best tractor in the world?
Hell, no. It is an old piece of iron and looks like it.
But with decent maintenance and some judgement when running it it is sure cheap, reliable horsepower.
Now, for sure I would like some new whiz bang with a zillion horsepower, heated leather seats, a video game dashboard, stereo music, buddy seat, a cab door that doesn't turn you into a pretzel, and autosteer.
But I wouldn't like the payments. |
