Subject: turkey litter carry over

Hello . central minnesota location, right in the middle of the lots of moisture this spring. I have a source of turkey litter sitting near a field since last August. It's getting late here and would like to know if anyone else has ever measure on how much is lost if the litter is carried over even longer . I'm debating in planting beans and leaving the litter for fall application instead of late may and trying for corn again. This partial of land is very heavy with poor draining capacity. Anyone ever document how much n. is lost on sitting thru a warm summer . The pile is pack simular to a corn silage pile or a big loaf of bread. about 400 tons of material.
Thank you for your reply
