Strathcona, mn | I plant at least 5 crops every year to diversify. Those include one or two fall seeded crops. I hope Mother Nature decides to give us a window of opportunity this year but it isn't looking good. The bad thing about being so far north is we already grow the shortest maturity crops there are, not many choices to change to earlier varieties or crops. Once June hits the choices diminish fast. Late springs and early falls are normal here. | |
