Thinking back to last month some folks up north understand had a couple dry days-but soil temps were in 30's and 40's and nothing but cold weather forcast for next 10 days. Could they have planted, yes, should they have-maybe this year-time will tell. Some years it would be nothing but setting up for replant. | |
