Here we have had 10 plus inchs of rain in the last 30 days plus all the snow we had this winter. Yes we were dry last fall but when the snow melted it went into the ground, but now the ground is full!!! Only thing you can plant here is a tractor!!! Last year we were almost done on May 17 then the sky opened up and didn't get back in till june  6 for one day then rain again. Then rain shut off all summer.
