cotncrzy, i've noticed the same thing with asgrow beans. Germination is always 80% with them compared to 85 or 90% with the Pioneer beans. Also southern states beans are always in the 85 to 90% range, mostly 90% from the varieties I plant. The asgrow 4730 has been a good number for me on my farm.
