It does seem funny how it is different in different locations. We are wet like that and our land does not like it wet. We always grow a much better crop when we have dry years. It is hard for some of us to realize how bad a drought is too. If we have a drought at least we can get our work done. I think the worst corn yield I have had from drought is about 80 bu/acre in 88. There have been several years were we have had way less then that when it is too wet and then we also have corn that is too wet to combine or dry on the wet cool years. |
