Just thinking here.  What happens when you go over a hill or a terrace and the wheel is out front.  Does it lift the 7 x 7 bar a great deal and affect the planter units ?  All my ground is not flat.  That sure would be great if I could put them out front.  I will go out and look at my planter again.  Thanks.
