Good luck!! I think when I sold mine it still only had the top one on it. I have no clue how your supposed to do it, but I got mad and only put the top one on it. Held for another 600hrs til I sold it.
I know that's not NAT approved or the answer you were looking for but I tried making many different tools to help but never did get it done
