I wouldn't be worried at all. I planted beans last year that were in ground that was so cold they didn't emerge for up to 38 days and I had near 100% emergence. DO NOT PLANT them without treatment. My game plan is the minute I can cross a field is to start dropping beans in the ground. We have gotten over an inch of rain in the last two days. There hasn't been a wheel turned in 100 miles of me so the minute I can go its time.
