Middle Tennessee | Mark, I've sat with friends of friends for cocktails in lower Manhattan, and never learned anything. But the abstract concept of a fund does not confuse me.
The only question is: who's dirtier, the short guys, or the long guys. Constant "fund" pressure on the wheat market has always seemed sleazy to me, I suppose it has market function. The long-only guys are maybe the most sleazy though, like in the recent illegal Morgan Stanley meal trade.
And the long onlys are working hard at the moment to get some energy and beat some technical markers. Have you noticed saturation on Bloomberg of ads for corn ETFs in the last week?
