Subject: Question for those that do tillage or used to do tillage on soybeans

Most university publications seem to be preaching pre-emergent residual chemicals on soybeans. If you do mechanical tillage as a burn down, are you still spraying pre-plant chemicals or post only? I till soybean ground because I have a cheap old drill, that does the job, but its not no-till capable. I can do a lot of tillage for the price of a new Kinze split row planter :)
