WC MN | You have to remember not all think that that era was great. People are further disconnected and more privileged than ever before. We can use and see the infrastructure and it affects our livelihood. A growing percent of the country takes the sacrifice made by others to get where we are for granted, in fact it is getting to the point where perhaps it is no longer acknowledged. People want a world where no sacrifice and no effort is needed for our standard of living. The bottom line is once in awhile a life is lost, a piece of property destroyed, a trail derails, an accident happens. This is all the cost of doing business. Nobody wants those outcomes be we as a society are humans and there will always be errors that cause this. The foresight to see what risks were worth while and to take them is what literally made this country. Its a shame we have over regulated to the point we are paralyzed. | |
