Subject: How much N to leave for sidedressing?

NW Minnesota
I put on a dry fertilizer blend with my strip till bar ahead of corn with all my P,K, Sulfur, and Zinc, and a portion of my N. I use urea in the blend and come back later with NH3 with a sidedress application. The NH3 is cheaper and I can put on as much as I need to with that applicator. The question is how much N should I apply ahead of planting? How much N will the corn need before I sidedress? Right now I am planning on leaving #80 for sidedress and putting the rest on now. Does that make sense? My soils are on the light side and cannot hold all the N up front as the CEC is too low. TIA
