I think it was a 1976 model that trickled down to our branch campus. A year later I bought my first computer (Apple II+) and paid extra to get 48 KB of RAM because the experts said I'd need it to run that new Visicalc program I'd read about. Still no hard disk drive, though. File management consisted of carefully labeling your 160-KB floppies. |
