SE MN | Do you have the return line going in to the sump or back into the SCV? On all of our tractors that run fans or pumps like that the oil needs to go into the sump and not through the SCV. Look below your SCV valve stack and see it there is a female connector for the hydraulic hose that goes right into the case.
In the parts book it is called Hydraulic motor drain or sump attachment. Attached is picture from JD Parts.
