| I'm sure you tried, but I'll ask anyway. Did you negotiate with the steel company? We put steel shingles on 3 years ago, and the original quote was not only a "No", but a "He## No!" They told us we would never see that price again and I said I sure hope not. Within two weeks they came down 35% on the bid making it an affordable option. Anyway, for shingles a dimensional shingle by GAF or Owens Corning would get my vote. | |
