Thats like an ad I once saw (actually cut it out and kept it for a while) was for an older Case tractor. Across the picture it was printed "Can be had with a 10 ft pecker". I assume he meant packer but maybe he had some interesting inquiries.
That hitch in the OP sounds painful!
