Trying to operate planter blower with 1st priority remote valve and hyd. spayer pump with no. 2.

Can't get the pressure high enough for the blower and when starting the sprayer pump I loose even more pressure.

When starting  the sprayer pump first I can get all the pressure I want but when turning on the blower next the sprayer pump stops.

Changed filter....no help.

Any ideas??????
