mn | This year I am going to try putting preservative on with the haybine as well as a drying agent. Anyone have any experience with this? Apparently its a dead bacteria that gets sprayed on in front of the haybine or at the crimper. supposed to be able to bale at 18-20% Guy I talked to said he had 1/2 inch of rain on the hay and it didn't bleach. I do plan on making windrows as wide as I can then raking at no less than 40% moisture. I have a moisture tester on the baler this year too. | |
