Replace at least the bottom two bolts on each side of the hitch with grade 8 bolts. I think there are six bolting on each hitch side. I have the exact same setup and kept breaking just the bottom bolts until put grade8 in. Haven't broken one since. Yes planter has enough weight to notill. All notill here.
