I had a discussion about this with teejet a while back. If you have standard 2 way boom valves, you are probably best with the bypass system. That way when you shut off one section your regulating vavle does not have to react as fast and you will get less pressure spikes and dips when you turn one on. Been using a 844 for some time, a good rig.
